01.1. Design Consultation & 3D Visualization
We begin by understanding your needs, lifestyle, and style preferences. Our design experts provide professional consultation and create 3D visualizations so you can preview your dream kitchen before we begin.
02.2. Quotation & Materials selection
* Itemized costings. * Options to suit different budgets without compromising quality. * Guidance on choosing the right carcass (E0, PETG, plywood, etc.), countertop, and finishes. * We welcome our home owner to visit showroom to see, touch and feel and finalized the materials finishing
03.3. Site Measurement
* Professional on-site measurement to ensure perfect fit. * Adjustments or refinements before production.
04.4. Issuance of Job-sheet & Production
Once the design and measurements are confirmed, we issue a detailed job-sheet to prepare for production. At this stage, all materials are ready and arranged to ensure everything is in order before fabrication begins. Production typically takes 4–6 weeks, depending on the scope and complexity of the project.
05.5. Delivery / Installation & Quality Control (QC)
* Your cabinets are safely delivered and installed by our trained team to ensure a flawless finish in your home. * Our quality check is to inspect all installed items. Every detail is checked to ensure it follows the approved 3D design as discussed with our prospect * This step guarantees that everything is in the right position and meets our quality standards before handover.
06.6. After Sales Service Support & Warranty
We provide 3 months warranty coverage (subject to Terms & Condition) on workmanship and selected materials along with responsive after-sales service for any inquiries or support needed.
