Warranty

Woodelemen provides a 1-year warranty on all custom-made kitchen and wardrobe cabinetry. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Covered Under Warranty

• Cabinet carcass, frames, and internal panels

• Door panels and laminate/melamine finishes (including warping exceeding 5mm)

• Shelves, end panels, and filler panels

• Soft-close hinges, drawer runners, and basket runners

• Installation-related defects, including alignment issues and loose fittings

Not Covered

• Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, impact, or improper cleaning

• Water, moisture, steam, mold, or humidity-related damage

• Termite or pest infestation

• Colour fading, scratches, stains, or wear from normal use

• Heat damage caused by placing hot appliances directly under cabinets

• Modifications, repairs, or damage caused by third-party contractors

• Stone worktops (unless supplied and installed by Woodelemen X)

Conditions

• Warranty is valid for 1 year from the installation date.

• Proof of purchase is required for any claim.

• Woodelemen X reserves the right to repair or replace the affected component at its discretion.

• Transportation or labour charges may apply depending on location.

• Warranty is void if the product is tampered with, altered, or improperly maintained.
